Warranty Information
Warranty Period
1 yr limited warranty for material & workmanship.
15 yr limited warranty for Chainlink Fabric.
Mountain View Fencing warrants to the original purchaser only and not to any other subsequent owner, that its installation, workmanship and fence products will be free from defects for a period of three years after installation.
Additionally, Mountain View Fencing warrants that its chainlink fabric, pipe framework, and cedar post on steel will not flake, peel or rust for a period of fifteen years after installation.
Warranty Limits
Damage from abnormal or improper use, accident, alteration, neglect, abuse, fire, flood or act of God is not covered by this limited warranty. This limited warranty is in lieu of other warranties expressed by the manufacture.
Mountain View Fencing obligation will be limited to repairing or replacing the original defective workmanship or parts upon the notice of the purchaser. Mountain View Fencing LLC. will not be held liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising out of the installation and use of these products, or for any breach of warranty.
